LG Eve Review
Posted in LG on 03. Jul, 2010
The LG Eve is one of LG’s latest offerings and is one of the first LG phones to use the Android operating system. How does it stack up?
Design
The combination of the touch screen and the slide out keyboard are the main design features of the LG Eve. The screen has a 480 x 320 pixel resolution and is seem clearly from almost any angle – there is no glare here. The slide out keyboard is a full QWERTY keyboard and is quite easy to use despite its size. Overall, the LG Eve is deceptively thin and is build very sturdily.
Key Features
Because the LG Eve runs on Google’s operating system, all of the Google applications come standard on the phone. But, some of the other features are a little more impressive – a 5 megapixel camera, a slot for 16gb of external storage, and all the extra bells and whistles that one comes to expect from a top of the line smart phone. One feature that is quite interesting is the feedback feature – when you touch the touch screen, the phone will vibrate when a selection is made. This is one of the best tactile feedback systems used on any phone today.
Final Verdict
The LG Eve is a great phone for anyone looking for a phone that runs Google’s Android operating system. While it is still in its early stages, this operating system is sure to take the world by storm as it gets improved, and the LG Eve is the perfect phone to use it on.
